One of our goals at Alpha Foods is to be as environmentally friendly as possible, which is why the gift card will only be available in the online version for the time being. However, you are always welcome to print out the gift voucher at home and gift it.

After you have added the gift card to your shopping cart and the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the individual page of your gift card. There you will also find a unique code that you can redeem at www.alphafoods.co.uk

No, that is not necessary. You can also split the gift card over several orders until the balance is 0. At the end of the ordering process, you can see how much balance is left on the gift card.

If you purchased the gift card yourself, you can check the balance at any time via the email you received when you first purchased the gift card. If you have received the gift card as a gift, you can always ask our support team and we will help further.
