Magnesium Complex

Alpha Foods Magnesium Complex is a symbiotic formula of magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium malate, magnesium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium gluconate, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium L-ascorbate. One serving is 4.8g powder (=1 scoop) of which 360 are elemental and cellular available magnesium, which corresponds to 96% of the recommended daily intake.

The magnesium compounds are enhanced with a natural flavour of red currants and a small pinch of natural and calorie-free sweetness from stevia leaves, which give the finished elixir a pleasant, subtly fruity taste.

We recommend mixing one serving (4.8g powder = 1 scoop) with about 200ml of water daily. Magnesium never really dissolves 100% completely, so don't let that put you off - it's a natural effect, as well as some strange colour after you mix the powder with water. Depending on how you like it, you can use a little more or less water or other liquids.

In general, the powder or the finished drink can be heated without any problems and without any negative effects on the bioavailability.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Use up the opened package within 8 weeks.
