DELICIOUS NUTRIENTS FOR BREAKFAST: BREAKFAST CREPES

Crepes with protein-rich Morning Fuel are not only a particularly balanced option for breakfast: they are also enormously versatile. How about a warm porridge-breakfast burrito, for example, or crepes with a summery fruity berry topping? 😃💪

 

 

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour with coconut blossom sugar, vanilla, salt and Morning Fuel. Then add the sunflower oil and almond milk and mix until you have a smooth batter.

Heat a pan with 1 tsp coconut oil and pour 2 tbsp batter at a time into the pan, smooth it out and fry on both sides at a low temperature.

The Breakfast Crepes also go wonderfully with toppings such as 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt, 2 tbsp jam, 1 tsp coconut flakes and 1 tsp maple syrup. We also like to spread the crepes with coconut yoghurt and a layer of warm porridge and make a kind of breakfast burrito 😍
