Alpha Foods plant-based protein powders "Vegan Protein" contain a high-quality mixture of different protein sources such as sunflower seeds and rice. The combination of different vegetable proteins brings a broad spectrum of amino acids for a complete protein with high bioavailability. Before processing, the raw materials seeds and legumes are germinated. This natural germination process is time-consuming - but this point also distinguishes our vegan protein powder from many others: The anti-nutrients lectin and phytic acid, which occur naturally in many plants, are split during germination and reduced to a minimum - which improves the digestibility of the proteins. Unlike other manufacturers, we use neither sugar nor artificial additives in our protein powders. Our promise is the same as ever: Our products should create added value for people and the planet - and we want to be able to enjoy them with a clear conscience.

We do not use any added sugars in our protein bars.* The smallest amounts of sugars (e.g. 1g sugar per bar in the Peanutbutter Crunch variety) are all naturally occurring sugars in the protein sources or the cocoa beans.

Alpha Foods protein bars have been developed in our test kitchen for over a year. In contrast to conventional vegan protein bars, they are juicy and not dry and the texture is most comparable to a chocolate brownie.

Each box contains 15 vegan protein bars, each wrapped in individually coated and protective foil.
