Preparation

Combine the flour with almond flour, oats, Vegan Protein White Chocolate Macadamia, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, sugar, vanilla, and ground flaxseeds in a bowl and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.

Next, add the margarine, maple syrup, and water, and knead everything into a firm dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), with both top and bottom heat. While doing so, shape the dough into roughly equal-sized balls and flatten them on the baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
