HIGH PROTEIN / LOW CARB FITNESS PORRIDGE

One way to shed excess pounds, for example, is to eat a balanced diet that's rich in nutrients, but also high in protein and low in carbohydrates. And you can easily get started in the morning with this low carb protein porridge for breakfast: it tastes insanely delicious, fills you up for a long time and fulfils all the sporting requirements of a healthy fitness breakfast 😃💪

 

 

Preparation:

First pour the oat milk into a saucepan. Add the ground almonds, flax and chia seeds and stir and keep on the heat until a porridge is formed.

Allow the porridge to cool and sweeten with a few drops of stevia or maple syrup if desired.

Now stir in the vegan protein powder. In this way, the many nutrients of the various sprouts, some of which are sensitive to heat, are retained. In another saucepan, bring the blueberries and cinnamon to the boil and reduce for 5 minutes.

Divide the porridge into bowls and enjoy with blueberries as a fruity topping.
